Fate

Well I tried to draw something for the sake of drawing but somehow I just couldn't come up with any ideas. I seem to work so much better when a theme is presented to me these days, but I guess that's not a bad thing.

Anyway, something that's been on my mind a lot lately is the process of growing older. While I'm still 'young' in terms of a typical life span, I can't help but feel that adulthood is already taking its toll on me. I feel like the older I become the less time I have to do anything and the more obligations I have to face. Life has changed so drastically since university and college that it's hard to think about how I'll never be able to relive those years. So for this theme of fate I've drawn the person I am today looking back at my younger self, because for most of us growing older is fate.

Anyway, just a quick picture for today.
